Having embarked on an unprecedented scale of disability advocacy for more than a decade, the H4P (Here for Perfection) Organization as part of events to mark their thirteenthanniversary made a donation to the Christina Hackman Wards at the Manna Mission Hospital, Teshie.
Bishop Dr Charles Cofie Hackman, Founder and CEO of the H4P Organization, on 8th January, donated items comprising of toiletries, detergentsamongst others to the Christina Hackman wards. Gifts of provisions and toiletries were also given to all patients in the Ward and Medical personnel present. In addition, the paediatric unit was visited and items including diapers and toiletries were given to the nursing mothers and their babies.
The female ward and maternity wards were refurbished and adopted last year by the H4P Organization. The wards were then named after Mrs Christina Anansewa Hackman, Chief patron and the late mother of Bishop Dr. Charles Cofie Hackman.
The refurbishment and adoption of the two wards at the Manna Mission Hospital by the H4P Organization was done as part of events and projects to honour the memory of Mrs. Christina Anansewa Hackman.
Mrs. Linda A. D. Ablorh, Director of Development and People, Manna Mission Incorporated expressed her immense gratitude to Bishop and the H4P Organization for the remarkable gesture. She praised H4P for being so consistent in the upkeep and maintenance of the Christina Hackman Wards and the periodic donations to the patients and medical staff since the refurbishment and adoption of the wards. She wished the H4P Organization a happy anniversary and prayed for more support and strength to do exploits and impact many more lives.
The donation gave credence to the H4P’s vision of lending a helping hand to those in need. The joy on the faces of the patients and medical staff was evidence yet again of lives touched by H4P’s acts of kindness.
On Mother’s Day last year, patients in the Christina Hackman Wards received gifts from Bishop Dr. Charles Cofie Hackman and the H4P Organization. Recognising the essential role mothers play in the lives of children and society as a whole, the act was meant to ensure that the health of women remained prioritised.
The H4P Organization was birthed on 8th January, 2011 with a vision to heal the world, feed the world and build the world. With the mandate of bringing dignity to disability, the H4P Organization has for thirteen years embarked on several life-transforming projects and initiatives.

AWARDS- Christina Hackman Impact Leadership Awards; an award scheme instituted to honour and acknowledge people who contribute significantly towards the development of the disability community, the H4P Celebration of Love projects where free health screening are organized for special needs children, caregivers and staff of the institution etc, the H4P – Christmas Parties for Special Children and Families, H4P – Public Education Programmes, H4P – National Inter-Schools Disability Fun Games etc
