The Speaker of Parliament, Rt. Hon. Alban Bagbin, yesterday led Members and Staff of Parliament to the funeral of the late John Ndebugri. The late John Ndebugri was a Member of Parliament (MP) for Zebilla Constituency in the 4th Parliament, from 2005 to 2009.
The late lawmaker, who was also a lawyer, was best known for his candid and outspoken nature.
