One dead, two others injured as robbers attack company in Amasaman

Armed robbers have attacked a company at Achiaman, a suburb of Amasaman in the Greater Accra Region leaving one person dead, the police have said.

The police say two persons also sustained injuries following the attack on the company.

In a statement on Thursday (21 July), the police said they have launched a manhunt for the robbers.

“The police are on a manhunt to arrest some robbers who attacked a company at Achiaman in Amasaman, Accra. In the process, one person died and two others sustained injuries.”

“We wish to assure the public that we will surely get the robbers arrested to face justice,” the statement said.
