Minister for Foreign Affairs, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, has reaffirmed his commitment to Ghana’s Economic Diplomacy Agenda, following high-level meetings with the Ghana Export Promotion Authority (GEPA), the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC), and the Diaspora Office at the Presidency.

The meetings, held last Friday, focused on forging strategic partnerships between the Foreign Ministry and these key institutions to drive economic growth and attract investment.

“A strategic and sharpened partnership between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and these three key agencies will determine the success of our Economic Diplomacy Agenda,” Ablakwa stated.

He emphasised that, these collaborations must ultimately boost foreign direct investment (FDI), accelerate industrialisation, create sustainable jobs, and position Ghana as Africa’s preferred investment destination.

The minister, also extended his best wishes to the newly appointed leaders of the three agencies: Francis Kojo Kwarteng Arthur, the head of GEPA; Simon Madjie, the head of GIPC; and Kofi Okyere Darko of the Diaspora Office.
