Ghana’s President, Nana Akufo-Addo, appears to have fallen victim to a blackmailer who might be employing various ways and means to extort something of value from the man who turns 78 years next Month.

Evelyn Serwaa Poku Aidoo, alias “Serwaa Broni” who last year emerged with several pictures of herself and President Akufo-Addo in the Presidential jet revealing her closeness with the Ghanaian leader, has been up to certain acts which suggest she is up to something sinister.

Recently, pictures of a half man, suspected to be President Akufo-Addo, emerged on social media with the back of a lady also believed to be Serwaa Broni who was seated.

Whilst, Ghanaians were debating whether the half naked man in the picture with the supposed Serwaa Broni lady with a tattoo behind the neck region, was their President who had just had sex with the lady or actually denied but videotaped, came another bombshell from her.

Serwaa Broni, a Ghanaian-Canadian nurse based in Canada, had gone on her Facebook page calling President Akufo-Addo with a warning, saying “in no time I will explode. #Mr. President”.

Observers are of the view that Serwaa Broni, is seeking to extort something from the President or that she has mental health issues.

It is unclear, what Serwaa Broni, has against President Akufo-Addo or the extent to which she is ready to go with the old man, who together with his aides and vociferous and well-paid spokespersons have chosen to remain silent on the matter perhaps hoping it will die a natural death.

The nature of the picture of the half-naked man, did not show that it was taken by accident, but a well thought through scheme as the camera appears fixed long before the two went into the room.

What confirms that the picture was that of Serwaa Broni, is that many pictures have since emerged of Serwaa Broni with the tattoo behind her neck matching those in the half-naked picture.

Late last year, Serwaa, who has identified herself as a lesbian, came out and made damning claims about President Akufo-Addo on social media.

In a Facebook live session on Monday, October 25, 2021, Serwaa Broni, accused the president of causing her trauma because he sent operatives of National Security to threaten her life after his attempts to have an affair with her failed.

Serwaa said National Security operatives in 2019 under the command of Hopeson Adorye who at the time was serving at the Airport as rep of the national security secretariat, were used to stage an armed robbery attack on her and a friend just to get her phone and other gadgets to retrieve sensitive materials including videos and audio between her and the President.

The ‘robbery’ episode, which occurred on the Tema Aflao Highway near Central University, Serwaa added, had given her Post traumatic Stress Disorder, which she is still treating.

She revealed that some of the sensitive materials have been given to Canadian authorities who are providing her with security while a Youtube account has been created by her on which she had shared some of the sensitives with the President, Nana Akufo-Addo making him aware that he was playing with fire when he threatened by telling he suffered to be president and will do anything to protect his Presidency.

The National Security Secretariat, has not issued any statement to deny her claim.
