Alexander Kwamina Afenyo-Markin, the Member of Parliament (MP) for Effutu in the Central Region, has inaugurated an ICT laboratory, library, fashion training workshop and classroom for his constituents.

The facility, which also has two study pavilions after it was commissioned on Wednesday, was immediately handed over to NVTI Winneba to be managed.

Mr. Afenyo-Markin, who doubles as the Deputy Majority leader in Parliament, advised patrons of the facility to put it to good use.

He further encouraged the students to make the best out of the training.

The facility was named after a Provisional National Defense Council (PNDC) appointee, Nii Commey Abbey, a District CHief Executive for the then Awutu Effutu Senya District Assembly.
