Gyakie Up To ‘Something’ After Fans’ Pressure

Award-winning Ghanaian songbird Gyakie has revealed that she feels pressured to release a project that will outshine her song Forever.

Speaking in an interview with Giovani on the 3FM Drive on Friday, June 10, Gyakie disclosed that she has been getting messages from fans calling her a nine-day wonder who fizzled out after releasing one hit song.

Although she worked on features for artistes like Bisa K’dei and Dblack, her fans were calling for a project like ‘Forever’.

The award-winning singer added that the pressure became intense when she went on a nine-month break to prepare for her yet-to-be-released EP.
