Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) on Friday announced a provisional 32-man squad for the Super Eagles’ 2022 World Cup playoff against Ghana this month.

Captain Ahmed Musa, Leicester City duo Kelechi Iheanacho and Wilfred Ndidi as well as France-based Simon Moses are included in the list.

Also, there are returnees including Watford star Emmanuel Dennis, who controversially missed the Africa Cup of Nations finals held in Cameroon earlier this year.

New recruit Ademola Lookman of Leicester City is also in the team alongside youngster Akinkunmi Amoo.

However, Paul Onuachu and Taiwo Awoniyi have been named on a standby list.

Ghana are set to host the first leg scheduled for March 25 before travelling to Abuja for the second leg four days later.

Both teams are seeking to reach the World Cup in Qatar after failing to win the Afcon.
