UTV, will televise NLA’s Live Lotto Draws every Monday to Saturday from 7:15pm to 7:30pm, according to a statement sent to The Herald.
The NLA boss, Sammy Awuku, recently announced at a media interaction, that the Authority, has decided to part ways with Ghana Television (GTV).
This, follows the failure of the GBC management to respond to a letter sent by the NLA since September 1.
This is in spite of the fact that NLA pays significant revenue to GBC for the privilege of broadcasting on its network, and wants some modifications which will make the authority derived value for the money.
The next few days, will see a rebranded NLA, the use of celebrities in its programmes and draws.
It is in an effort to give the institution named “Fortune House” a new lease of life.
In this regard, the NLA management, disclosed that it would no longer broadcast its live draws on national television, saying a different broadcasting network will be used.
This change will take effect from December 1, revealing that the initiative is one of several changes designed to be made to the broadcast of the draw.
