Previous Finance Ministers, include the immediate past minister, Seth Terkper, were far better than Ken.
Therefore it beats our imagination, why the president, who is clothed with the powers to reshuffle Ken Ofori-Atta, is still adamant, despite the incompetence the man has displayed.
