Aggrieved retired workers of WESTAC SECURITY SYSTEMS (GH) Limited numbering about fifteen (15) are lacing their boots to drag the company to court for refusing to pay their end of service benefit to them.
A letter cited by this paper, indicates that some of the worker who served the company for more than eight (8) years were served with retirement letters on 29th June 2016 but since then they have not received what is due them.
Speaking to this paper, one of the aggrieved workers known as Mr. Anthony Essuman Tsibua said, they have been tropping to the company’s Finance Manager for their retirement benefits each month but anytime they go, they are asked to go and come another time.
He said at the moment their children are at home because they (parents) have not been able to pay their fees.
Because of this, he said, they are preparing feverishly to send the company to court for them to know why they are been denied their end of service benefits.
