Your best designed children reality show on television, ‘Talented Kids’ is back on the screens this and every Sunday on TV3 at 5pm.
This year’s edition, which is the fifth was launch last Sunday with groups and individuals numbering 28 exhibiting various talents, such as rapping, singing, dancing, playing of instruments as the show starts this coming Sunday.
This season, organizers of the show explain that due to the excitement the show has generated over the years, it decided to include children from other parts of the country namely; Ashanti Region (Kumasi), Central Region (Cape Coast) and Upper East (Bolga), to participate in the thirteen-week fun-packed show.
Already, the show has raised so many excitements that at the launch of the show last Sunday, participating children entertained the show’s judges, Amy Frimpong and Benedict Nii Tetteh Yartey and viewers and urged viewers and parents to brace themselves for a very competitive show as the children are very poised.
Names such as, Raphael Asare, Twinees, Monarch Band, Four Angels, Ezekiel Appiah from (Cape Coast), Vanessa Wiafa, Albert Nana Benyin Ampah, Kingsley Amoako, Berima Owusu Boateng, Kelvin Biney, Alex Ampah, Limushidiate Mohammed, Evans Adu-Gyamfi, Winifred S Opoku, will be representing live on your television to entertain you.
The rest are the Jew Singers, Priscilla Appiah Boateng, Crystal Dancers, Ye Wuramma Band, Enoch Damba, Rachel Amuabo from (Bolga), Afrakoma Owusu, Gideon Asemani, Justice Tetteh, Atentenben Band, B2 Shakers, Samuel Mensah, Messaling Wings.
In a short speech, the Chief Executive Officer of TV3, Dickson Augustus, said that the show is a platform where kids between the ages of 7-12 are given the opportunity to exhibit their hidden talents adding that it will deliver to viewers and the general public, a well-planned and splendid entertainment by the kids.
He was confident that with the kind of children selected to compete in the show, season V of the show leave viewers yearn for more. “The twenty-eight contestants selected from Kumasi and Accra are ready to give off their best to make the show an unforgettable one”, he assured.
Mr. Augustus thanked all parents for having confidence in the show and the station and asked them to help in easing the pains that comes with eviction which will be conducted after every week.
He expressed the station’s appreciation to all sponsors especially the news to continue to join hands with the station to bring the best of entertainment for the viewing public.
The Brands Manager of the station Felix Dontoh at a pre-media launch of “Talented Kids” season V took time to explain to the media the rules that surround yearly the show. On the many media reports on last year’s show winner Tutulapatu, Mr. Dontoh explained that the station has no difficulty with
the 9-year old and his family adding the station is on course to meet all its commitment to him.
To buttress his point on the cordial relationship the station had with Tutulapatu and his parents, a sizeable number of the youngster’s family led by his parents were led to the conference room to clear every doubt.
