MTN Ghana has opened its flagship data store at the Osu Mall. The flagship shop is the first of many to be opened across the country. The shop aims at providing experiential data services to customers.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, CEO for MTN Ghana, Serame Taukobong said, the opening of the data store “is in line with MTN’s vision of leading the delivery of a bold new digital world which includes giving people the opportunity to truly experience the benefits of digitization”.
Mr Serame also said MTN Ghana hopes that what happens at the shop will define how Ghanaians experience data services in the years ahead. The MTN Data store offers high end data enabled handsets, phone accessories, laptops as well as other internet devices such as modems and routers.
The opening of the Data Store marks the end of this year’s MTN’s iFest –an internet festival- which is observed in September every year and is aimed at driving public awareness about the enormous benefits of the internet.
The MTN data stores will promote and educate customers on the benefits of MTN data services. The digital experience store is open 7 days a week, from 9 am to 9pm from Mondays to Saturdays then from 2pm to 6pm on Sundays.
With its highly skilled customer service officers, MTN Ghana is poised to deliver innovative, robust and cost effective solutions that meet customer expectations.
