The managers of Eltor Ghana Limited, a customer service complaints operator, have called on business operators in the country to desist from seeing their customers as beggars.
Speaking at the maiden seminar to educate participants on customer care techniques in Accra Prof James Flolu, the Chairman for the occasion said it about time Ghanaian businessmen take issues of customer care serious to boost sales.
He said, customer care begins if only there are customers because customers cannot be taken for granted.
He said, this was the time for business operators to take customer care serous, because the service sub- sector was taking over the economy of the country.
He said, every customer was equal to the other and the sooner every business owner starts recognizing that the better.
He said, even non school goers, who sell on the street are exhibiting customer care to woo their prospective buyers.
He reminded Ghanaians to change their attitude towards customers, especially when the businesses belong to family relations.
