Smart Focus Media, an industry-leading motion pictures production company that leverages its unrivaled access to talent to develop and produce high quality and innovative content across all its divisions is set to launch its maiden edition of Ghana Kids Awards.
The award scheme will officially be launched on Saturday June 1, 2019, but the main event takes place on November 16, and it seeks to identify and reward young talents across Ghana and showcase them to the world.
This event is set to attract both children and parents nationwide where the kids will entertain guests to while exhibiting their talents. Other renowned artistes and industry players are likely to be in attendance.
Smart Focus Media was started in 2017 by Mr Daniel Adofo, as Smart Media Network and has since produced several quality contents since it first released the Spaghetti Movie which premiered at the Silverbird Cinema in Accra.
The movie featured Ghanaian comedian, Derrick Kobina Bonney (DKB) and Comedian, Hagan from Nigeria.
The company, has also shot commercials, short movies, music videos etc.
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Daniel Adofo, recently expressed his desire to turn Smart Focus Media into a household name within the next couple of years.
Mr Adofo, further explained that he was highly intrigued by how much talent Ghana is blessed with, but pointed out his concerns about the unavailability of any platforms that would honour such kids.
He specifically made reference to DJ Switch, who had broken barriers to achieve excellence, despite her age. Abraham Atta, was also recognised by the young CEO.
The company operates with a team of young and energetic people who are hungry for success and an insatiable thirst for unearthing talents.
Smart Focus Media operates with Miss Florence Aniagyei, as its Marketing manager, with Miss Margaret Antwi, serving as her deputy.
Mr Herbert Odehe, also functions as the Human Resource manager, while Miss Irene Kwao, is the Organiser of the media firm.
Publicity is also managed by Kobby Kyei.
Mr Adofo, plans to make Ghana Kids Awards a yearly event.
