The Executive Chairman of the Zoomlion Group of Companies, Dr. Joseph Siaw Agyepong, has highlighted the need to capitalize on ideas in order to create wealth.
He explained that wealth creation does not automatically always begin with capital, but a vision and a desire to achieve that vision.
He said, it is imperative to explore and investigate issues, research and take chances irrespective of the risk involved in order to succeed.
Dr. Agyepong advised the youth not to engage in unhealthy competition with others in order not to waste resources.
He stated that there is the need to consult in order to harness individual potentials.
Dr. Joseph Siaw Agyepong, who is also an Elder of the Church of Pentecost, was speaking at the Bezalel Conference organized by the Men’s Ministry of the Church.
Addressing delegates at the conference, Dr. Joseph SiawAgyepong, noted that it is important to identify available resources and potentials to ensure success in the establishment of businesses.
He described Ghana as a liberal country and advised delegates to venture into entrepreneurship, taking advantage of modern trends.
Dr. Agyepong also entreated the delegates to seek divine direction from God in every field of endeavour in order to ensure success.
He explained that God works in mysterious ways and, therefore, all persons should trust in him for ultimate success.
The chairman of the church of Pentecost, Apostle Dr. Opoku Onyinah, commended the national executive of the men’s ministry and the planning committee for organizing the Bezalel conference.
He lamented that we are in a society, where some Christians refuse to portray Christ in everything they do, including their business and in their marriages.
He, therefore, charged the men’s fellowship to show the way by becoming the light of God.
Apostle Dr. Onyinah, stated that the vision of the church for the next five years is to impact next generations and the church shall do so by fanning the Pentecostal fire and setting people’s hearts on fire.
The director of the Pentecost Men’s Ministry, Apostle Julius Asante-Ayeh, explained that the Bezalel conference aims at equipping Christians to better manage their businesses create more employment avenues and ultimately improve the living conditions of Ghanaians.
“Ghana is graciously blessed by God with all the resources to make its citizens live better lives, one key strategy we can use to effectively develop our human and material resources is through entrepreneurship,” he stressed.
The conference which was attended by members from branches of the church across the country, was under the theme, “My life, my work, my worship”.
