Busy Internet, an internet service operator of ‘Busy 4G’ network, has launched a flagship ultra-modern service centre to bring after sales service closer to subscribers of the 4G mobile data network.
The centre was outdoored at a colourful ceremony at the head office of the company in Accra.
In a welcome address, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Busy Internet, Mr. Praveen Sadalage, said the confidence reposed in the company this far would continue to bring excellent service to the door step of subscribers.
Fourteen years ago when we embarked on this journey as technology centre, little did we know how quickly technological transformation was going to change lives and business.
It is no wonder that, throughout the years Busy has served as the networking base and a hub for quality internet connectivity, where friends and business partners met to share business ideas.
He said, the centre became a hub for developing business plans; connect to the world and for people to grow their business.
We have evolved from an internet service provider to providing quality internet services to Ghanaians not only in Accra, but in Kumasi, Takoradi and Tamale.
He said, the company was now a 4G mobile data provider that aims to drive further technological transformation for consumers and business
According to him, some successful business leaders in the country can trace their humble beginnings by using the company’s services in this location to conduct academic research, print project reports and conduct general business operations.
He said in January this year, launched its 4G network and promised to champion customer excellence by putting the customer’s need and interest at centre-stage of the company’s operation.
I am personally humbled and excited about the positive feedback we have received from customers about their experience on 4G network.
He said the flag ship service centre will afford customers the opportunity to feel and touch the company’s devices before they buy.
He said the company’s sales representatives are train to give customers excellent personal services.
He revealed that the company has opened another office in the Tema Community 1 in the Jireh Heights Building to bring the operations of the company closer customers in Tema and its environs.
He said the company has made its devices affordable to all through a promotional offer of Ghc 99 MiFi with free 500mb of data and the basic offer Ghc 139 with 5GB of data.
According to him, this remains the most affordable 4G device network in Ghana today.
Unveiling the flag ship centre, Mr. James Asare –Adjei, President of Ghana Association of Industries (AGI) said the introduction of the 4G data network is testament of the company’s investments in the ICT sector of the economy.
He commended the company for their commitment to teach the younger generation in ICT.
He urged the company to continue to be leading the way to make ICT delivery better and raise the standards of service delivery in the country.
