The Ashanti Regional office of the Ash Cell Limited, an authorized dealer in MTN’s products, has supported two on-going projects in the Region with building materials.

The two beneficiary institutions that received the building materials are; Offinso State “A” Junior High School (JHS) in the Offinso Municipal Assembly and Nhyiaeso Town Council.

Each of the institutions received 20 bags of cement and two packets of roofing sheets valuing at Gh¢ 42,000.00.
Additionally the school was given an MTN data device to enhance its access to the internet, while Nyiaeso Old Town got truck load of quarry chippings.

The various materials would help in roofing and cementing the floor of a two class room block to create congenial atmosphere for teaching and learning as the students are over crowded.

In the case of Nhyiaeso , the materials would support the construction of a place of convenience.
Ash Cell responded to the beneficiary entities, following their appeal to them for assistance.

He said, in line with the MTN Foundation’s core mandate of investing in education, health and economic empowerment, Ash Cell would also continue to play a lead role to ensure these visions were realized.

He encouraged the students to take their studies seriously, as that is the surest means to secure them better future.
